Assistant General Manager (Admin/legal)

Qualification & Experience:

  1. M.B.A. from Govt. recognized University/Institute
  2. 07 Years post-qualification Administrative work experience

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Assisting of G.M. (Admin/legal)

Senior Analyst

Qualification & Experience:

  1. MCA OR BE / B. Tech(Computer Engineering /Information Technology/ Electronics & communication Branches) /M.Sc. in IT
  2. 4 years post-qualification relevant experience out of which minimum 1 year at system development life-cycle management and at leading a team of developers

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Will coordinate with departments/end users to gather the requirements and define the To-Be process

  • Experience of database design, working knowledge of relational database management systems, Oracle, data normalization, indexing and keys, stored procedures, views and constraints.

  • Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
  • Analyze and propose Change Requests to the management.

Qualification & Experience:

  1. Must have a Degree in Engineering and Management field
  2. 10 Years of Relevant Experience in Industry including minimum 2 years experience in incubation/start-up support.
  3. Must have International Experience working with MNCs.
  4. Must have led a team of professionals with multi-functional expertise during the course of his Industry experience.
  5. Additional knowledge & education in enterprise management, entrepreneurship development, law etc. would be an additional advantage.

Selection Process:

  1. Shortlisted Candidates will have to give presentation covering planning, execution, implementation road map and self-sustainability model for SURATi iLAB.
  2. Selected Candidates from presentation round will be eligible for personal interview.

Roles & responsibilities:

  1. Establish the city level Innovation and Incubation Centre.
  2. Manage SURATi iLAB Foundation in a sustainable and growth-oriented manner in terms of increasing the profile, diversity and competence.
  3. Promote local collaboration and build brand Surat.
  4. Promote ideas, products, entrepreneurs and startups in Surat.
  5. Manage the day-to-day operations of SURATi iLAB.
  6. Attract funds through Grants and other means.
  7. Design strategies to attract and build on partnerships with the leading Industries, MNCs, Industry Associations, Academic Institutes, etc.
  8. Administer the earnings and expenses related to the operations and expansion of the Lab under the directions of the Governing Body of the Lab.
  9. Comply with all regulatory requirements.
  10. Make strategic decisions to steer the Lab towards becoming a world-class Innovation and Incubation Hub for nurturing start-ups.
  11. Create institutional means of venture creation to broaden the pipeline of Innovations at SURATi iLAB, to create value for the Institution and the region.
  12. Drawing projections for the company.
  13. Responsible for fund flow management.
  14. Facilitating the understanding of performance of organizational functions or units.
  15. Assets and liability management.
  16. Managing risk in relation to setting and achieving the organization’s objectives.
  17. Implementing and monitoring effective internal control systems.
  18. Any other function that may be assigned by the Chairman/ MD/ Governing Body from time to time.

Contractual Appointment (11 months)

Remuneration:

Rs.1,25,000/- to Rs.2,50,000/- fixed per month considering the educational qualification/ working experience & performance of the candidate during the personal interview.
